The Business Assistance Knowledge Base

This knowledge base is used to complement our  customer help desk and for sharing information among customers and employees within our organization. It stores troubleshooting information, articles, white papers, user manuals, and answers to frequently asked questions. It is a search engine that is used to locate information in the system. Use the search function to access our expert system that contains many of the facts and rules needed to solve problems and answer questions. This is a collection of information on point of sale software and hardware for our customers. It includes procedures, questions and answers organized into a searchable database.
